Tony Hibbert has confidence that Everton will have click after the international interval and start their season. Roberto Martinez hopes his team will be among the top four contestants in 2014-15 again but they are far away from the Champions League positions currently. They have secured only one victory in their opening seven games having six points with one place above the relegation zone. There is still a lot of time but positive results are necessary to turn the things around. Hibbert believes Everton will have things in its favor after having faced a testing start against Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United.
The full back said after 2-1 defeat against Manchester United on Sunday: “Football is so funny game that it is difficult to find out why it has not worked in our favor. We have not the way in which we wanted to start. But we will have it. We will click again. There will be big and fast games after the international break and we shall need to have our confidence back. We just should have a win. We are playing good. We should believe in ourselves because we still have the players we had last season. Some of the injured men will be back after the weekend and then we shall kick on.”
